Great question! We find that most people can complete the work in 8-12 weeks. This is an ongoing process of growth and expansion so when you join you retain lifetime access to the material which allows you to do the work at a pace that is right for you!
How Much Time Will This Require?
If you dedicate 30 minutes a week, you can expect to complete the full process in 12 weeks. Our LIVE coaching calls are approximately 90 minutes. You can join those live or watch the recording.
